Cooley Web Redesign

Challenge: Redesign the responsive web presence for the global law firm of Cooley, LLP

The client came to Epsilon looking to redesign their web presence and migrate thousands of posts and articles to the new site. Working with project managers and developers, I led a digital design team that included a Content Strategist, Visual Designers and a junior UX Designer.

I lead the client and team through a user-centric design process that began at Discovery, creating provisional personas based on interviews with stakeholders, scenarios to solve their user's most common discovery and usage problems and created wireframes and prototypes of the design.

A responsive design adjusts from mobile to tablet to a desktop interface seamlessly.

The client has a wide variety of hardware, software and service solutions, corporate initiatives, a deep news archive, technical documents and events that needed clear information architecture rework. All the while working with our technical partners to pull it all off in the content management system.

Services provided:

  • Design team leadership

  • Time and effort sizing and project estimation

  • Wire-framing

  • Prototype creation
